Smart building code tools
Plan review method - Perform either non-separated or separated plan review in accordance with the use and application of the International building code.
Construction Type - Perform an accurate intelligent classification to the structure's construction type in accordance with the use and application of the International building code.
Occupancy classification - Perform an intelligent cross-referenced classification of structures or structures with multiple uses into the appropriate classification in accordance with the use and application of the International building code.
Most restrictive occupancy - Perform an intelligent occupancy classification to the structure's when multiple occupancies exist in accordance with the most restrictive applicable provisions of the International Building Code.

Tracking and monitoring software components- Our systematic approach with C++ framework that supports tracking and monitoring software components allows you to re-review any project with a click of a button. This feature can be quite useful when a designer requests from the permit issuing authority that the occupancy classification, construction type or both to be modified. In one sense, you will not have to spend any time again addressing the designer's request related to applying the modification.
Color code system - Our innovative software is equipped with a color code system that acts as a compliance status report builder. You can exclude any module out of the project so it won't be included in the final status report. This feature is useful to easily continue your review when you constantly moving away from your desk.

Personalized comments - This feature allows you to quickly and easily insert your own comments, federal, state, local regulations/ordinances and locally amended version of the International Building code into every module's.
